Talking about the match, Gujarat Titans, batting first, scored 171 runs at the loss of 6 wickets thanks to Shubman Gill’s innings of 84 runs. Chasing a target of 172 runs, Delhi got off to a poor start but skipper Rishabh Pant handled the innings and gave the team the hope of victory. But after he was dismissed for 43, the team’s hopes were shattered and the team could only manage 157 runs in the stipulated 20 overs for the loss of 9 wickets.
