The creators of the critically acclaimed The Messenger, the Sabotage, the Studio announced a new game inspired by JRPGs of classic so-called Sea of Stars. For the production of the indie game, the developer has created a campaign of crowd funding on Kickstarter, having already surpassed THE$ 161 billion of food.
Sea of Stars is a prequel that takes place in the universe, and to The Messenger, and instead of it being the end of the game, it’s a JRPG with turn-based combat, similar to that of Chrono Trigger. Watch the trailer for revelations:
The official description of the game says that is the Sea of Stars “tells the story of two Children from the Solstícia, which combines the powers of the sun and the moon to perform the spell of the Eclipse, the only force able to defeat the monstrous creations of an evil alchemist, known as The Fleshmancer” (free translation).
The second is the Sabotage Studio, which is the Sea of Stars, “and it aims to modernize the classic RPG in terms of combat, storytelling, exploration, and interaction with the scenery, while still offering a considerable proportion of the lines and the sheer fun of it”.
