In the case of the Argentinian, high salary turned out to be a problem. Milik will also not go to the capital of Piedmont because of the money.

Recently, journalists from “Sky Sports Italia” informed that Marseille expects a minimum of EUR 20 million for the Pole. Tuttosport magazine confirms that Pablo Longoria, president of OM, does not intend to lower the price.

Such high financial requirements of the team from Stade Velodrome cut off the chances of a transfer in the winter window. The Italian media reports that neither Juventus, nor any other club intends to pay so much for the Polish representative.

Milik must therefore use the spring round to return to shooting form. The 27-year-old has scored nine goals for Marseille this season, but most of them have been scored in the cup clashes.

At Ligue 1 level, Milik has scored just one hit in ten appearances in the current competition. According to the “Transfermarkt” portal, its market value is 17 million euros.
