According to Michelle Tok, and her conspiracy theories, Kendall Jenner’s sister would currently be bankrupt, living beyond her means and desperate because since 2022 she has not been able to get rid of her Beverly Hills mansion.
“I think these celebrities are not as rich as we think, especially Kylie Jenner. It’s not that Kylie Jenner is struggling, or anything like that. I don’t think he’s close to being homeless, but I think he lives far beyond his means and that’s why he has a new business every two or five days,” the TikToker detailed in her material that quickly went around the world.
He explained that the socialite’s main problem lies in the large amount of money she spends month after month on the maintenance of her properties, whose combined value amounts to 80 million dollars, which is what would be affecting her wallet and therefore her need to get rid of at least one of them.
“Do you know how much it costs to maintain $80 million in real estate? Not only does it pay the mortgage on each home, it also pays for gardening and landscaping. “She pays for the security systems of the three houses,” Michelle explained.
He also had words for the expenses that his private jet generates, since he not only pays for its maintenance, but also for its storage and the salaries of the people in charge of its care and transportation.
After doing the math and numbers, Michelle was able to come to the conclusion that Kylie’s need to get rid of one of her houses lies in the fact that she is actually going through financial problems and that her finances are far from healthy.
