Earlier this week, the web got into a big argument after viralizing the result of a science-based analysis to define the ‘most handsome man in the world still alive’.
The star of the ‘Twilight’ saga, Robert Pattinson, took the best, being considered the most beautiful. Henry Cavill, interpreter of Superman, occupied the second position.
At the end of 2019, in collaboration with Bazaar magazine and the Daily Mail portal, Bella Hadid, the 25-year-old American supermodel, was elected as the most beautiful face in the world still alive, after a mapping carried out by surgeon Dr. Julian DeSilva. The model received the percentage of 94.35% of beauty.
The famous singer Beyoncé, took the second place, ahead of Amber Heard, the Hollywood actress of ‘Aquaman’ who recently lost a millionaire lawsuit against the star Johnny Depp. Both with 92.44% and 91.85% according to the ‘Golden Ratio’ mapping.
Scientific method to arrive at the results
The ‘Golden Ratio’ or Golden Ratio is a measure of physical perfection of artists and architects used during the European Renaissance, with the aim of mapping their masterpieces. A pattern established by the Greeks was used to study the appearance of celebrities.
Through mapping, the surgeon built a kind of ‘top 10′ most beautiful celebrities today. Check below the ranking and position of each of them.
