BTS from ‘Yodha’ starring Disha Patani proves that she is a tough cookie to crack!
Captivating the audience with her performance, the former beauty queen and actress, Disha Patani was lauded for her portrayal alongside the late Sushant Singh Rajput in ‘MS Dhoni’. Now, playing a headstrong role opposite Sidharth Malhotra in ‘Yodha’, she is showcases her acting prowess in the the adrenaline-fueled narrative. But the highlight of the movie is the scene where Disha is seen locking horns with Sidharth.
Recently, a behind-the-scenes video featuring Disha and Sidharth’s character was rolled out. Giving a glimpse into the making of the film, the post entailed a video of the duo engaging in action sequences.
Playing a headstrong character, the stunning lady is pulling off hand-to-hand combat with her co-star, Sidharth. Coming face to face with him, Disha is seen as someone who is physically strong and Sidharth admits that she is undoubtedly a ‘tough cookie to crack’. Speaking about her character she said, “The best part about playing Laila is that she is completely negative. Kicking in a saree was an iconic moment for me. We had so much fun physically fighting with each other”.
‘Yodha’ is a gripping movie which follows a captivating narrative where the protagonists’ relentless battle against all odds for a greater cause. Marking the directorial debut of Sagar Amre and Pushkar Ojha, Yodha is bankrolled by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Helmed by producers Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Shashank Khaitan, the film is an exhilarating narrative of high-stakes rescue missions and pulsating thrills.
